Traveling with my wife and two children in the USA, we go through the Apple store in New York. The glass floor on the first floor fascinates me. I photograph people walking around. Back in France I saturate and contrast these images and then make large prints on paper. The photolab takes me for a madman when I tear these prints in half to glue one half on a canvas. I then invent in painting the missing part, thus mixing my frontal vision with a reality seen in low angle ...
